You must pass the certification exam to earn your APICS certification. 
CPIM, CLTD and CSCP designations each require completion of 1 certification exam

1.  You can prepare for your exam via the following options: Instructor Led Course, Self-Study or Company/Small Group Course.

2.  Purchase your course materials for all classes from the Western Canada Chapter in the STORE

3.  Purchase your ASCM Certification Upgrade & Chapter Membership before you register to take the certification exam https://wc.ascm.org/catalog.php?cat=9&pid=30 – Membership is OPTIONAL, however, Membership provides a significant discount to those purchasing course materials and eligibility for a FREE Exam Retake.

4.  Purchase your Exam - Exam Purchase Instruction

5.  Schedule and take your Exam using your credit

6.  Maintain your Certification with 75 maintenance points every 5 years.  Certification Maintenance
