There is always an opportunity to improve your understanding of any topic related to supply chain and operations management. APICS certification courses cover the fundamentals, workshops offer further insight into specific areas (our workshop series is based on what our membership wants to learn, so if there’s a topic you’re interested in, let us know) and our corporate training programs cover core topics (customized programs available).

The NEW CLTD program sets the standard for logistics certification. As a CLTD designee, you will stand out from your peers, and demonstrate a commitment to advancing both your career and your company’s operations. Created by APICS with a team of subject matter experts, the CLTD designation covers a comprehensive body of knowledge that sets the global standard for best practices in logistics, transportation and distribution. About Workshops and Principles Program:
This APICS program is made up of five courses of 45 3 hour sessions designed to help new entrants to the field of operations management establish the foundational knowledge necessary to excel in the areas of production and distribution management. The principles taught offer organizations an efficient and effective approach to educate and develop professionals on the basics of operations management. About Corporate Training:
Recently, ASCM British Columbia launched its Corporate Training Program to meet the growing need of local organizations wanting to provide continuing onsite education for their staff. Headed by industry expert Roberta McPhail, APICS Corporate Training Program covers material outlined in the complete apics library.
Organizations are able to choose either program, whichever is most relevant to their organization, or both, and request additional material to further meet their needs. Corporate Training is a fantastic way to expand your professional scope, whether your background is in supply chain and operations, or something totally different and you happen to work in manufacturing.
